The rates are as follows:
- €4.95 for returns from Peninsular Spain.
- €5.95 for returns from the Balearic Islands and Portugal.
- €9.95 for returns from the rest of Europe.
Steps to make a return:
- Product condition: Make sure the product is clean, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Packaging: Pack the product properly to avoid damage during transport.
- Return request:
- Access your order history by clicking HERE.
- Click on "Order Details" and select the "Return or exchange" option.
- Follow the instructions to download the return label.
- Label and shipping:
- Print and place the return label in a visible spot on the package.
- Drop it off at a Post Office (or the transport company indicated on the label).
- Refund: Once we receive and verify that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to issue the corresponding refund.
