We work with more than 130 professional sellers and over 4,000 brands, and we support customers in six languages.

How a purchase works on AquiMejor
We operate a mixed model: we sell products that we handle and ship ourselves and, in addition, we offer products sold and shipped by associated professional sellers. Every product page always states who is selling, with the note “Sold and shipped by”, and you can see their full company details by clicking the seller's name.
- Who invoices: if an associated seller sells the product, that seller issues the sale and the invoice directly to the customer. If the seller is AquiMejor, we issue the invoice.
- Who supports you: in both cases customer service is handled by us. To find out where your order is or to request a return you do not have to contact third parties.
- What we do if something goes wrong: we act as mediators in any incident and make sure the seller complies with the returns policy and statutory guarantees.
Looking after our customers
You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard), Bizum, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or finance your purchase with seQura if your delivery address is in Spain. Payment always goes through encrypted gateways: your financial details never reach our servers.
Before confirming the order you will always see the full breakdown: products, shipping costs and total including VAT. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, under the conditions set out in our returns policy.
Supporting our sellers
Before publishing, every seller provides proof of their tax identity and their details remain visible on their shop page, so you always know who you are buying from.
We give them tools and support so they can offer you a good service, and we stay in direct contact with them to resolve any incident.

Protecting brands
AquiMejor is a marketplace and does not act as an official distributor of the brands it offers. Each seller is responsible for the origin of what they list: we require them to sell genuine products only and to be able to evidence it with the purchase invoice.
When we receive a report about the authenticity of an item, we take it down while we check it and ask the seller for that evidence; if it is not provided, the listing does not go back on sale and we may close their shop. If you represent a brand and spot a problem, write to info@aquimejor.com and we will look into it.
