Directions for use
To heat in the microwave: Place the bag folded in half for 2 minutes at maximum power.
To heat in the oven: Place the bag unfolded and wrapped in aluminium foil for 15 minutes at 180º.
For a cold effect: Place the bag inside a plastic bag in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Storage
Store in a dry place and use at least once a month. DO NOT GET WET.
Every 9 months, leave in the freezer for 4 days.
