Directions for use
Take the drops 15 to 30 minutes before travelling and, if necessary, repeat the dose every one to two hours. It is also useful as a motion sickness preventative.
Adults: Take 15 drops dissolved in a little water or on their own.
Children aged 6 to 10: Take 8 drops dissolved in a little water or on their own.
Children aged 2 to 6: Take 4 drops dissolved in a little water or on their own.
